Brewing Instructions
Use 4–5g of tea leaves in a gaiwan or teapot.
(Optional) Quickly rinse with boiling water to awaken the leaves.
Add 200–250ml of water at 100°C (212°F).
Steep for 1–3 minutes, adjusting to taste.
