Brewing Instructions
- Western Style: Use 2–3g (about 1 tsp) per 200ml of water at 95–100°C (203–212°F). Steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Gong Fu Style: Use 2–3g of tea in a 100ml gaiwan or teapot. Rinse briefly, then infuse with 95–100°C water for 2–3 minutes. Increase steeping time with each infusion and enjoy multiple brews.
